Each high energy but low impact class will fatigue your full body utilizing functional strength training, HIIT and muscle endurance work. Every move has a modification and progression, and you are encouraged to do what you need not what you want to grow as a human and athlete here at Sweat Project.
No class will ever be exactly the same, but you will get to master many moves to better support you in your everyday life.
